Summer 2014 we provided 7 free camps for children from all over Romania. Here are a few highlights of the summer...
Week 5 of camp with a group of girls from the village of Fitionesti.
Every day we did crafts. This group of kids on week 7 are each making an octopus.
In the evenings we watched movies outside on a big screen, played soccer on our new lighted soccer field or roasted marshmallows by the fire.
Every week we took the kids for a hike in the woods above the camp.
We played group games twice a day. In the mornings the kids were divided into three groups and went around to game stations. In the afternoon we played large group games which included a day of water games, the slip and slide and a huge obstacle course!
